As a private company we are flexible on what and who we lend too and therefore any level of experience will be considered.
Our development finance products primarily focuses on residential development such as new builds, conversions, refurbishment and site purchases with planning in place.
We will lend up to 100% of the development costs. If the end value allows we can also assist with purchasing costs.
We believe in honest, transparent communication and building long term business relationships.
Loans –
We can offer development finance and bridging loans for projects from £100,000 to £3m. Our rates are from 0.99% per month with an arrangement fee of 1% and up to 1% exit fee.
